About this tool
KYG Performance Strategy Tool is a private tool used by MrMcspicey to review the Know Your Game channel’s performance and publishing schedule. It uses YouTube API Services and accesses the channel owner’s data only after Google authorization.
Information accessed
The tool accesses channel and video identifiers, titles, publication status, scheduled publication times, durations, and available performance metrics. Metrics include views, watch time, impressions, click-through rates, audience retention, traffic sources, search terms, engagement totals, and subscriber changes.
The tool requests read-only access. It does not request viewers’ Google accounts or passwords.
Use and storage
Information is used for private channel reporting, historical comparisons, and publishing recommendations. Reports are stored in the channel owner’s project storage. Google authorization credentials are stored separately from project reports.
The reporting tool does not upload these reports or credentials to this Squarespace website.
AI-assisted review
The owner may use AI tools, including OpenAI’s Codex, to interpret reports and prepare recommendations. Relevant report data may therefore be processed by those service providers under the owner’s account settings and their applicable terms. Authorization credentials are not intended for inclusion in reports or prompts.
Access and deletion
The owner can stop collection and revoke the tool’s access through Google account permissions.
Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not itself delete previously stored reports. The owner manages deletion of retained reports and credentials from their storage and any applicable backups or AI conversation history. Deleting local reports does not delete videos or data held by YouTube.
